Many of us (at least here in The Netherlands) put on music while biking. But did you know soon it might be possible to spin vinyl records by simply riding your bike? Thanks to designers Liat Azulay (also founder of Ludduvudde), Merel Slootheer, Pieter Frank de Jong and Vincent Beijersbergen this is a dream slowly becoming reality. Feats Per Minute is a bike that combines three things I love: design, biking and vinyl!
The Sartorialist is on of my favourite photography/style blogs for ages. Intel decided to make a 7 min documentary about Scott Schumann, the man behind this incredibly popular blog. It’s gives a beautiful insight in what he does, how and why:
Earlier this week I discovered a new blog through twitter, called Life on Sundays. It’s a wonderful collection of pictures posted daily, all in this hazy, blurry and romantic style which I happen to love. It found out @ferryv, someone I talk to on Twitter sometimes, is behind it and he just started it two weeks ago. IF you like some of the pictures below, make sure you check out more on the blog.
As a student, I had a side job making different types of microprocessor controlled meters (working with capacitors, diodes, resistors, led, wire and solder). When I came across the Flickr group Sparebots, I was immediately reminded of my little job back in the days. This is because the bots are made of exactly the material I used to work with!
Even if you have no clue what I have been talking about until now, the following pictures will make you smile anyway.
